for hosting files you can use FilePlanet, but you need to login... I don't think that there is a asite without registration. For hosting WebPage or smth you can use www.freewebs.com very good hosting. ESF files you can send to esf-world.com

If you didn't have to login, how would they seperate everyone's files? Besides, they usually require an email address so that they can send you junk mail.
