Yea I think I'm gonna wait for the anime to build up a little bit and just stick with the manga.

As for the manga, I really don't know what's going to happen. Maybe Tobi will get Sasuke out of there and reveal who he is and let him get revenge on Itachi. That's just my speculation though.

Naruto Manga Thread [HEAVYDUTY SPOILERS]

Yes yes yes. The fourth is Naruto's dad.


OK, thos of you who came here without knowing that can just die, since i have already said that this contains the greatest spoilers of em all.


Seriously though. The few chapters after the Rasenshuriken leading upto Deidara vs Sasuke disappointed me. Was almost thinking that the manga was going the Bleach way and ****ing stuff up when it was going to get good.

Boy was I wrong.
It all started with finding that the ****head we thought Tobi was is actually this Uchiha Madara. The Kyuubi fears him.... Or atleast knows of him and that he has a bad rep.

So a third surviving Uchiha who might be more powerful than Sasuke and Itachi.


As if that wasn't enough, Sasuke vs Itachi round 1. Or thats atleast what I want to think that was.
And most of all, the confirmation of what we've all believe for a long time. The fourth Hokage is Naruto's dad.
I wonder who Uzumaki Kishino was. Is she alive?!

And now this. Jiraiya going to face Pain in the next chapter. (Sounds funny doesnt it. lol. If only our Pain were here now.)

And this Rain leader gave the Sannin their name?! lol that is interesting. Someone that the Sannin couldn't been (Here's where the thunderclap sounds) is beaten by Pain. And now Jiraiya thinks he can fight him.


Oh and Tsunade thinks of making Kakashi the 6th?!!!!!

I have to agree that the Naruto manga chapters only get better and better for me, the Naruto's mum and dad thing needed to be done by now but felt a little "well ok I kinda knew that but still now we know for certain"

The 6th hokage thing isn't also a big deal as Tsunade isn't dead yet and I don't think we will be able to see Kakashi become the 6th with naruto becoming hokage and miss out all the boring bits in-between (aka, peace)

And Tobi was always a strange character(I still don't fully believe his an uchiha) that will be interesting to see fight but again it's the problem of characters ACTUALLY fighting (sasuke V Itachi was just a massive joke, the main fight and you only see the end of it???)

We also all know how this is going to end, Jiraiya could never defeat Pain (we all know he will at least try) and I think that it'll end up with naruto having the choice of bringing Sasuke back or killing the person that killed his mentor! (bit of a moral crisis for him and kinda feels like something that could happen in Naruto, but I also admit that I'm only guessing and have no evidence for it)

Or it could even end with Sasuke and Naruto working together to bring everyone down as they would then both be avengers, Sasuke would have less people on his back and find it easier to find Itachi as we know his hunting Naruto and Naruto would be able to have his revenge for the death of his mentor

I kinda think Naruto would go for Sasuke first. And then rush on Pain

BUT I DON'T WANT JIRAIYA TO DIE!!!!

I continued watching Naruto only because of him. Damn. Losing Sarutobi Asuma was bad enough. Now Jiraiya. Maybe one of his frogs might make him vanish. But I don't picture him fighting Pain and winning or running. Maybe the actual conflict will happen only after Sasuke beats up Itachi.


Buit yeah, We should have been given more of the fight we have always wanted to see. Sasuke vs Itachi. Any guesses on how long itll take Uchiha Jr to get to that hideout Itachi was talking aboyut. It has to be in Konoha right? So if Sasuke is going to Konoha wouldn't ROOT Anbu try to assasinate him, like what Sai was sent to do? Surely no one is going to miss out on recognising THE Uchiha Sasuke.



EDIT: More than Naruto wanting to avenge Jiraiya, I see Tsunade trying something like that. But wait, didnt Jiraiya bet her that he'll return? lol. Tsunade NEVER wins a bet. If she does, then its one bad omen.

BTW Atleast we know that Shippuuden wouldnt miss a chance of dragging the Sasuke vs Itachi squabble from that chaptr into 3 episodes of filler ****.

Tobi is definitely Uchiha Madara. I think it's clear that he's Obito.

As for the rest of what you guys are saying. I think it's extremely out in the open as to what battles will take place and who will win or lose. I think that room Pain went into at the end of the last chapter had a lot of a weird feeling to it. It almost seemed like there were clones of him or something like that.

SPOILERS:
Jiraiya gives up on interogating the Rain Shinobi and lets out a tall (cylindrically tall) frog. This frog seems to have been used for naruto's training. But from what it appears to be, the frog is sealed in this form and Jiraiya has to unseal it.
And it appears that this frog has some "combination to Naruto's 8 trigram seal". Naruto's seal is weakening so the Fourth had left this combination behind so that one day it may be used to reapply the seal on Naruto.
And what's even better is this. The Fourth (Minato) made it so that the Kyuubi's chakra is divided into light/dark so that Naruto could use the Light half to battle the dark. But why would a father put such a monstrosity into his own son?
Jiraiya believes that Minato wanted Naruto to learn to use the Kyuubi's full power for some battle one day. A battle that seemed to involve the reason behind the Kyuubi's appearance in Konoha. It seems that Uchiha Madara, the founder of the Uchiha clan and one of the founding fathers of Konoha, summoned it there. But what's impossible is him being alive as Tobi. UUchiha Madara was killed by the First in the Valley of the End. So how is he alive??
Uchiha madara was the Uchiha's founder? Puts stuff in perspective.
So he alone must know the true power of the Sharingan.


Good chapter. Far above ths ****ty anime right now.

I didn't like episode 28.

Everything was brought together so childishly, with some mediocre scene where everyone just stops slacking off, and somehow they defeat their dopplegangers at the same time, with one hit. Wow, how convincing that was, what an absurd way for the creators to wrap that one up just to give off some 1 hour special.

Once shippuden catches up, which won't be for a long time, the anime will be like that. I'm so confused with the manga right now, although I think it's awesome what's happening with it.

Btw Vinay... spoiler-> Nobody said Tobi is Uchira Madara in that chapter, he was just sitting on top of the Madaras statue, which doesnt automatically mean hes the actual person. Because by that logic you could say Sasuke is Madara too...

spoiler Well since he did say "my power, the Sharingan's power, Uchiha Madara's power", was kind of thinking he was Madara. Yeah can't really assume that, but hey, it could be true. But not if the Shodaime killed him.

I still think it's Obito. Uchiha Madara was freakin huge and Tobi is tiny. Plus the would have to be some reason for the mask, and the fact that only one of his eyes is showing.

Because if he was obito, Kishimoto would have squeezed the kakashi gaiden story into the anime one way or the other. Or how would you explain obito to the anime-only fans.

And I haven't read the KG manga, but I still know about it, I'm sure most readers or the Naruto manga at least know what it is.

It appears that he has several bodies which he can change ("I took this body to take an intruder out").
That also explains what he did in that basement thingy at the end of one chapter.

Yea I was wondering about that. I thought that was how he did his whole, "you can be in our secret hideout without actually being there" thing and then the akatsuki members that were in the field were just body swap dude things.

It seems like he has at least 4 other bodies though.

Whew the latest chapter sure does seem to dish out the questions doesnt it?
Jiraiya trained Konan, Yahito and Nagato.
For a moment I thought Nagato was Minato. But that would have been wishing for too much. Atleast kishimoto didnt waste time showing more tobi.
I hope this Jiraiya-pein-konan puzzle is solved soon.

But maybe he's going to show more of the naruto - sasuke chase.
I hope not.
I want to know what those eyes of Nagato / Pain mean.

Yea the manga is getting kind of dragged out. There hasn't been any good action since the Sasuke-Deidara fight. I want to see the Sasuke-Itachi fight.

I don't think Naruto is going to be speaking with Sasuke anytime soon. Most likely they'll just follow him back to Konoha and watch the fight with Itachi. And they probably will finish the whole Jiraya-Pein thing. If they don't then that would be so ****.

Does anyone else think that Jiraiya dies? I mean he just can't win against Pain, and I guess he can't run away either.
And all 6 of them charged at him, so I'm pretty sure he's dead. And I wonder how Nagato turned into Pain
