Ontopic: This chapter turned out great. I have to say that Itachi turned out a better character than I had thought he would.

This is a typical shounen manga and the little Japanese kids, who are the main group of readers and for who Kishi cares most, will go "Sugooooi" over that big fight so he can't disappoint them.
Besides, he already dropped a hint on the fight with the prophet of the fortune telling frog.

this is going to be an awesome manga when its done, I will read it again, unless they **** up like mass effect did..
