Well Orochimaru was always talking about learning/gathering all the ninjutsu in the world so in a way i guess that he wanted to take over someone who had similar powers as Rikudo Sennin. Maybe Kabuto wants to do the same.

well the previous chapter explains how Madara has Rinnegan, fused with the first, he is a really overpowered *****. Tsunade will so get it btw we might see her death, I predict that.

I have to admit... i didn't expect this to happen. I mean... Sage mode, a little different than Naruto's version(Snake/frog version). And it explained Juugo's ability as well. Pretty cool.

Yeah.
I wonder... if Sasuke wants/decides to revive his clan with her help, will the offspring have the rinnegan?

Uzumaki Karin was a given since her regeneration, red hair and sensing. Juugo was interesting and Kabuto SM was insane! Seems like Jiraiya and Orochimaru both knew SM but imperfectly and Naruto & Kabuto are perfect Sennins in their respective animal summons. SAAKUUUUURA = SLUG MODE??!?!

I wonder if Naruto can sense Kabuto's Sage mode once Naruto uses the ability as well.

Most likely imo.
I never imagined Kabuto to get such a big power up.

Perfected SM = Naruto & Kabuto (dragon = true snake)

Imperfect SM = Jiraiya & Orochimaru (only snake)

Learn SM > Become one with Nature > Fukusaku to Naruto "You must die!" > That is "Stay perfectly still"

Ryuuchidou cave > Natural dragonsnake energy > Juugo's clan = Frog toad oil = to naturally absorb Nature Energy > Juugo CS (pretty draconic > source of all CS > Sound 4 + Kimimaro > Sasuke to gain CS > "You must die!" > Eat pill, get in barrel + Sound 4 barrier = Staying still, controlling of Natural Energy

Kishimoto foreshadowing CS & SM connection since Fukusaku told Naruto he had to die! OMG

Future: Sasuke & Kimimaro were wanted by Orochimaru so that he could perfect SM, their body could take the natural energy far better than Orochimaru > CS2 and partial transformations by Sasuke & Kimimaro = Good control of energy is evident. Sasuke has Juugo's CS flesh! Sasuke = Good Body + Natural CS nature absorbent flesh = SM Sasuke?!?!?!

Sennin = Friend of nature? Juugo was such a Android 16 at times! Juugo = Imperfect SM through bloodline!
