Wasn't Madara dead at that time? It would make sense if he wasn't as he's entering the scene now.

Obito is probably also mad at how they left him alone all but Kakashi, and the only one that didn't leave him behind "broke" the wov and "let" Rin die; probably also the reason why he's helping Naruto and Sakura so much with Sasuke.

Just a guess but White Zetsu is Zetsu and Black Zetsu is actually named Tobi. Obito's old mask was formed from part of Tobi.
