I made this for Deverz, he didn't use it, I liked it, so now I'm using it. xD
So... Here it is..

eh.. i dont like it at all. the picture is a little dark, the whole bg looks a too dark. too much blue, the font isnt good, the blue stroke just adds more blue D:

**** that, I hate bright sigs. And I don't care if there's too much blue, that's why it's summer revolution.

Sorry dude but I'm not seeing any of your skill in there, just looks like you got a picture of the beach, placed a girl and coloured the bg blue. Where's your talent? I just don't see much effort from you in there.
