You can edit the stuff in Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, & even Microsoft Paint.

do u know another place i can get it becuz something is wrong with my javascript and flash,i can't click any of the wrenches but if i do nothing pops up.

If you're using a pop-up stopper, turn it off, because they don't allow java & pop-ups (Obviously).


By the way, why did you make a RED scouter? Wouldn't that make it harder to see enemies?

The scouter currently works in 800x600 and higher.

Made blue the other day, didnt really like it. Also anyone know a good prog for editing pallets of pics, Photoshop doesn't really do it that good.

Is it possible to display the health of your opponent on the scouter,if so are you able to make it so?Or a ki attack coming towards you.?
