Tryforce, I asked Teknik, Brolli, Shiro and Element4q2 because I know they know what they're talking about.
Also I came up a nice method of judging. On a scale of 1 - 5
Here's an example:

Person A:

Uvmaps: 3
Polystructure: 4
Texture: 4
Originality: 5
Bonus (extra's, bio etc): 4
--------------
Making a total of 20 points.

The judges will do this for every contestant and we'll add it all up. The person with the most points is basicly the winner. I came up with this idea to make sure everything is going fair and square. Also, this way the one with the best skin, or the best polystructure, or the best idea isn't guaranteed to be the winner by default. It will pretty much be a surprise till the end.

I think it would also be helpful when judging to post real-life pics (front, side and back) of the face and body, to see how close it is to the model.
