Hey, my name is Davidhalo. Some of you know me from before
some well, are meeting me for the first time! Anywho, my skills
are mainly in animation (Worked for 3 mods) and item modelling
but I'm trying to get into human modelling.

Here's the start of my newest model based on my naruto fan
character following my same name Halo. Comments / Crits
are appreciated! (P.S : Trying to keep it low poly )







I also designed a Kunai a while back, probably my best item/weapon
from a mod.



And that's about it for me, just wanted to intro myself and do a little
show, I'll be updating with thread with well..updates of my model!

wow thats awsome lol and u can try doing a poly lin in the sides to make it look more round like a person :p thats all i see wrong i like it!

Here's an update, I'll create and put the arms in pronto.

Kinda got carried away on the polies, its about 1400 right now....jeez...
Well I'll concern myself with fixing that when the models done!

About 3 hours of on and off working and I got the Arms in. Last update for tonight, next update I'll try and get both head and hands in!

yea thats what i wanted him to do... add about 4 polys to each side and move then and attach them to get a round affect lol

Sorry the servers down right now that's hosting my pictures but the Kunai was for Naruto : Rising Clouds, they have a different version and skin of it, this one is newer and basically for my own entertainment.

Model done with hands, tried to make the top more roundish and lowered the polys a bit.

Yeah it gonna kind of hefty , Im still trying to lower it right now. It's about 2500, which is high poly as it is especially without the head and hair, I'll concentrate after the head and other objects to lower the details. Ty for the crits, I'll get on it!

well, this is supposed to be for an hl2 mod right? if so, 2500 polies is hardly anything

regardless, there are too many polies and not enough detail, jsut cos its a powerful engine, doesnt mean you can ignore the rules of modeling, always try to achieve the lowest count with highest detail, wasting polies=wasting skill
