You should wait for a new piccolo to make a caped piccolo.
I think the old piccolo isn't so good and he doesn't realy look better with a cape.

I think your cape is good but you also should make a new model at all.

oh yeah the cape is gonna be animated. we talked last night about it and hes gonna make new animations.

sry for the double post... looks like the model i edited sucks the one abve my post is just awsome i should have started from scartch it would look 10x better guess i'll restart or u guys can use his piccolo...
