dont know if this is the right place to post this but i just need to know a quick question can 1.1 models work with 1.2 just curious

No because 1.2 models have different animations. However, you can make it work for 1.2. What you have to do is get it rigged onto the 1.2 skeleton and compiled. I can't help you with that though.
