Missing the TrackerUi.dll

Hello ppls,

Can anyone out there send the the TrackerUI.dll file and any other files related to the tracker cause for some reason I am missing that file. Please send them to my email address at [email protected] with the subject heading TrackerUI.dll

Then how come I cant get that Scouter hud to show up? You know the one that appears on the right side of the screen. On countless screen shots I see the scouter hud, but when I play ESF I don't get the scouter hud. Please help!
