Missing Models?

Im gettin slightly confused. Last time I played esf install went smooooth like butta, but now im having some problems. A lot of the maps on the servers arent ones I can play, and when I get past the map, myc omputer downloads all these modesl for some reason? argh. I got really annoyed and so now tried to create a server. I get a fatal error that crashes it which reads like this
"mod_numforname: models/player/piccolo2/piccolo2.mdl not found"
uh i installed esf into steam/steamapps/myaccount/ then my hl direcrorty, and I can launch it and serach for severs on steam. but I cant get into any games or create any. Any help[ would be apprecaited.

It seems that you don't have the file "piccolo2.mdl" which is used for piccolo's transformation. I'd say you just copy your normal piccolo model into the piccolo2 folder and rename it to piccolo2.mdl.
