missing attacks

i look through the forum, but didn't see this so i appologize if this has been metioned before.... I jsut updated ESF and i have the new sounds and beam jump and all of the updated except, over half the time i don't have any of the new attacks, i rarly have trunks soward, i have had it once. I have never had the earth spirit bomb, but i have had the torpedoes, except jsut now when i had neither. and sometimes i get vegetta new attack soemtiems i don't.....any thoughts?
i am think ign abotu trienstalling again..

Is this when you connect to other servers or make your own?

when i connect...its jsut wird i can watch everyone else do the new attacks but i can't

Ohh...hmm do you have Admin-Mod/AMX Mod installed or perhaps old v1.0 bots?
