I can do some pretty sweet combos :
Hit them to the ground then to the air then to the ceiling then when they are falling again I hit them in the side and they go diagonally to the ground which I hit them into the air again, rinse repeat.

Im so glad to see my tutorials and tips worked for you guys. I greately appreciate all the positive comments you guys have posted :)

grOOvy I am telling people these techniques mainly to help people get out of the HOWing stage and to try new things. I havent fought one person who has done those techniques to me and I would love to see someone kill me with my own moves. It feels like an accomplishment to me when I see that people are finidng use in what I put and hopefully these tips will open up the doors for more people to become good at melee because ESF needs more people like us and I would like more challenges.

Peace,

O....k....That's new to me, giving away combo tutorials. It's really helpful and all, but I like people to find it out theirself, just like I did. I never got trained or anything near it, simply played with everyone. All those combos above, found them out myself, only one who ever thought me a teleport-basic was Naz (dreams of good ol' =RAGE=).

Good job typing this all out, might become useful for Just-starting-n00bs.

Oh and yeah grOOvy, that little trick blew my mind. Yet, the part beating you to dust just before you left certainly made me happy ^^

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of you typing all of this up either. People should realistically be able to figure these techniques out by themselves. If not, their clans hould be able to train them. Giving them step by step instructions on how to do it... Well, I'm not a big fan. Either way, thanks for the effort. You're supporting the community at least.

Why dont you ask one of the moderators to sticky this thread and put it in the Newbies section? It can really help a lot...

wow nice job EC....the only thing i dont agree with is the whole bot thing....u should train with bots in the beginning just to get a feel for how to do the techniques...put them on the lowest settings and practice doin the techniques first get familiar with them...then u can go out into the real thing and try it out knowing that it can acctually be done.....but thats just my take on it

Eh hem :S ;) => I think we know what i'm talkin about :p

I agree with EC to a point on training with bots... because they have no manuvuering skills. They just come straight at you and you can just 'how' them all you want. Bots are good if you are practicing on avoiding head-ons, but not so good if you are trying to engage in an actual fight with looping swoops and tele-drops...

very nice idea on the tutorial though. I hope this will encourage noobs to melee more and beam spam less. its always fun to try new things... there's only so much freedom with beams, but you can free-style with melee all you want!!

well thats what i meant...bots are good to a point...yes they suck at acctually fighting...but they are good just to try new things out to see...like someone that doesnt know what they are doing could go train with the bots just to practice and get the jest of how a combo or whatever works...then take it into the servers where they can try to apply what they learned from this tut and bot training....

Biggest combo? I guess that would be around 5/6/7, the team combos with grOOvy were the coolest tho :p

Max remains 12 with ssj2 from EVM, that's just....sick :p

I don't believe for a second, that you can do "12" hit combos, with EVM's ssj2.

EVM's SSJ2 is extremely overpowered, and gives you a PL of about 46,000,000. Your powerlevel at this level, kills anyone in much less then 12 hits.

Also, EVM's badly coded SSJ2 can't be maintained, they rigged it for too much energy consumption, and you drop out of it and run out of ki.. So I don't know who this person is claiming to have done "11+" combos with it.

A little while ago, when ssj2 was testable for the Betatesters, you could ascend to ssj2. Doing this, it made you invulnerable for the time you transformed. As you might know, those transformations took quite long and you could melee people during it, even though they didn't lose health. And you needed 14 million in ssj, which means you got 28 mil as ssj2.

With ssj2 goku, having a 420 speed, it's quite easy to hit people. If you hit them up you could beat them again before they even reached the ceiling, with just using swoop.

Best part was having one-hit-kill frags with melee, you were that strong and fast you could beat people in one blow. Anyway ssj2 is soon-to-be-up for betatesters again, fixed and added some stuff I believe.

And of course you can't perform 11+ combos with someone who has normal health, I just tested the speed a bit and voila. Normally you would've killed someone with 2/3 blows.

I thought you were talking about the person, -being- SSJ2 hitting another in melee.

Meleeing the invincible transforming person shouldn't be too hard..

I understand what you mean, I thought you meant the person was doing 14 of the one-hit kills, which is preposterous.
