Masenko/Power Beam Suggestion

I suggest this for the Masenko and Power Beam attacks....

Make them do more damage per ki put into the attack, but keep its max ki charge and radius significantly smaller than KHH

This will allow Gohan and Piccalo to use it as both a strong/quick attack for say people knocked down and let them use KHH/SBC as their large area and basic destruction attack

I was playing around in ESF last night and realised that the radius is smaller

What im suggesting is that Masenko/Power beam be a more concentrated/quick attack

Whereas KHH is more like an explosive/long attack
