Well, he doesn't really go SSJ, it just plays Vegeta's ascension music while he's bulking up.
It uses a bunch of music from Super Mario World from the SNES though, and both Mario and the SNES own. =)

Very nice flash movie, one of the best i have seen.... mario rocks!

Its really funny.... ssj part was just weird... but the ending where he runs behind the thief of his cap was funniest :]

All those who are confused over the SSJ part. That p[art is when Mario goes into Fire Mario. Which is totally kick-ass because fireblass cominhg out of your hand would be sweet.
