I figured it out, how to do it all. The file is still kinda big (1.4megs), but that's cos it's long (37 or so frames). Basically the thing is to make funny gifs using screencaps/screenshots from any movie or show you feel like.
There's a few different programs out there; Ulead is probably the best I've seen, but you only get a 15 day trial period, and re-installing doesn't change that.
To find source images for them just type in "... screencaps/pics/screenshots" in google image search, or something like that. Then let your mind wander.
I've seen you people come up with some funny stuff before, so I know you're capable of it. Lord of the Rings inspired some hilarious ones, and I focused on them.
