1. why dont you shut up if you dont have anythign good to say and 2. if you would read my post then you would know that this "paper" is teh hine effect on its hair which i said looks crappy in the render but good ingame 3.dont compare my models to any other cause they´re MY models and not someone else .

also my lee is build for HL which means it got a low polycount the one you showed hmm i guess is about 3.5k or more polys

I suggest you dont render the shine effect on his hair, just unapply the shader when you render, it just looks out of place. (You shouldnt really render with shaders on full stop)................(and if its not a shader, just take it off... cos it looks wrong). Skin is ok, accurate but not really very impressive from a technical POV.

Yamusha, you get a warning for spam. If youre going to critisize a model, do it in the proper manner. Simply saying it "looks like a hampster" is hardly worthy of being taking as constructive criticism. Say what you think is wrong with it and what you think could be made better.
