Ok ok I will admit they are a bit overpowered myself but then again they do take 1/4 of his ki to use and you have to be fairly accurate to hit at longer ranges. His SBC takes almost the same amount of ki and is even stronger. His Masenko almost 3/4 of his ki and is severely weak for the amount of ki he puts into it.

So in the end I would have to say that the eye laser is fairy balanced, its just how people are using them that makes them unbalanced. So I guess the answer would be to lessen there power if it becomes that much of a problem.

I would be down with that if they just attached the SBC and made the Masenko a whole lot better, or scrapped it and added that ball attack that Piccolo used against Cell. Not sure of the name but I have seen other people talk about it.

yea. Masenko is really pitiful although in the actual show it had an actual purpose! btw, is there a name for that attack he used on cell? I thought it was a Masenko....

Not sure if there was an actual name all I know it was a ball and a friggin huge attack and looked even cooler being charged up.
