hey , i'm new at modeling , but i'll try to do my best at this krillin
i know there isnt much to crit.. see for your self

im using Davidskiwan's ref.
that's my 3rd model xD

no you havent seen it anywhere cause there is so much poly waste..... darksun wouldnt waste polies... btw some vertex arent in their places....

That mesh looks really messy. Can you post some wires of the body ? I suggest going over the mesh once more as is and maybe completing the head or body completely first before doing the other.

Um, the middle of the face needs to have some serious welding done to it. Just weld most/all the verts together between the two eyes and skin the shadows necessary, cause I know what you're trying to model there and it just looks ratty. Also, I wouldn't suggest modeling in too many segments because it gets confusing and monotonous(sp?) after awhile and then fires will erupt... Try to model in two sections, the head/neck, then connect it to the body later... But seriously, do some welding on the face, and you can clean up the mouth section alot too
