Well I guess I'll have to find someway of asking Toriyama himself then, as I said, I'm not too sure of the source.

But I'm not playing favorites here, I don't like any of the humans anyways. I perfer the Saiyajins, Vegeta in particular.

As it stands, I seem to recall one of the DBZ movies mentioning something about the strongest human as well, guess I'll have to go through them again, it's all japanese sub so it should be accurate at least.

Too bad the movies aren't really cannon.

I say he is not, becase he is in like 1 in 10 episodes, and he does not play much of a role, in dbz.... Krillin is in almost every episode (probably more than vegeta)

The only time Krillin acctually fought in DBZ was in the
Garlic Jr. Saga. Tien came to help in the Cell saga. And he helped
out more than Krillin. All krillin did was cry because gokou was dieing
eww big ****ing deal everyone know gokou isn't goinna die, atleast
not yet. lol.

Tien is just stronger than him you gotta look at the facts.
Tien held his ground fighting SSJ Future Trunks in Movie 9.
What did Krillin do in Movie 9? He made a fool out of himself!
He tried to hit piccolo and he missed!! How can you miss someone
who is standing still!?!? Then All piccolo does is grab him by his
t-shirt and forfeits cause it aint worht it.

I still dont know how you can miss a target thats just standing
still. *sigh*
