Knockback concept: A small bar like 1.2 that indicates what is your condition in recovering.
The difference: The bar only represents your character's consciousness\physical condition. When the line in the bar reaches the middle you are STILL in knockback BUT you can recover (stop yourself flying fast backwards, sidewards etc..) by pressing Left Mouse. Your character is actually only back to consciousness when the bar reaches the middle. You can also do the other 2 things that are stated below:

Ill phrase it simply: There will be a small bar that says when your gonna recover from the knockback, (like in 1.2) when you press swooping backwards you use the speed already gained from the knockback and use it to swoop again with the first swoop taking less ki than normal one since you are using an already existing momentum.

As well as teleport, just, when the bar is in the middle where it gives you control you can teleport whichever direction you want.

So basically, if a player reacts fast enough the can shorten the amount of knockback they receive and swoop/teleport if they so wish.

I'd expect the ki cost of swooping/teleporting to be higher than usual to compensate though.

it sounds good but to balance it out make it take staminer instead of to much ki

It should cost less KI than normal swoop from standing position because logically, you are already in a boost from the hit, you are exploiting this already existing boost to gain a swoop.

Think about it like so: Imagine if you are starting to run from standing position compared to accelerating after you already started running a few moments ago.

Well a recovery system using stamina is on our list. And this idea seems to fit right in with it.
