you might want to give a little info about the character, name of the actor etc, i doubt many people know the mvie "ichi the killer" so it's hard to give critz.

only thing i can see wrong with it is.. allot.
to flat, no folowing ref close enough, lacks detail etc, but because you've only just begun i'll just wait for the progress.

Well, I'm not following the right side of the Reference because then the model would be uneven, and become quite...funky looking. Anyways, the actor is Tadanobu Asano, I'll post my more recent modeling.

Theres the model without cel-shading, which is more suiting for this model.

And the guy in the middle is Kakihara.

Ohhh it's not complete you. It's got a lot to go. The reason it seems flat, is because those are just the little flaps from his coat and shirt. The actual body isn't there yet really.
