Just a change beam kinda idea!

i whas just wondering about the beam, in the series i see that beams get bigger and bigger when they add more KI in the beam! , this whas in frieza saga when gohan gets angry and did his masenko attack! gohan powered up the beam 2x! and beam did get bigger! at beginning and at the end! and i think i saw this in more series! i whas thinking add this is ESF?

More Ki! bigger beam? and lighter? ( lighter = more light effect in beam )

Yes you should be able to add more ki to ur beam, but only in powerstruggles or blockstruggles. Other than that its only possible by going up to the next level, like shoot a kamehameha as normal press z three times so ur ssj3 and the beam would be 6 times as strong and thick.

He means during a power struggle, like.. When your struggling, the Beam should increase in size, and becoming thicker, and generally look more powerful, instead of just really going along in the same path, not realy changing shape, just pushing the other beam.

Yeah I've heard that idea before, it's a good idea and it should be added into the game, like when you turbo in a ps or something.

I thinks that it should get bigger when you charge up the beam more. making it super faking HUGE when you full charge at accended level!

That would be a great sight huh? A guy is across the map your Power Struggling with, he has a Small powerlevel when you look at him, then he goes Super Saiyan, then he Powers up and all, and Fires the beam, you have this small ass thing ready to go, and fire, and all you see is this big freakening wave just come out, and almost blot out the sun its so huge, Hell, I'd love that, all I could do is go 'OH SH*T!' and then when it kills me, just laugh for about several minutes.

To initial post: no. The beams are explosive enough already. I don't want to see final flash x2. :S

To later posts: Depends...one fault of DMZ is that the beams get so huge in a power struggle, it's impossible to see or do anything. I wouldn't want to see that in ESF.

also the ps needs to be fixed a bit, cos theres often a huge gap between the beam heads :/ im sure its already fixed

what would happen if the beams were to get so big because say the ps went on for awhile that it made it so that it was effecting other people and getting in the way of other fights. esspecially if the 2 people were close it would be just one big round ball and in my opinion would look rather bad. also it would massively reduce visibility and accuracy so i light of the argument i presented i voted no.

the beams wouldnt get bigger the longer they go on, only bigger when you put ki into it, when you run out of ki, the beams stop growing

This isn't DBZ. We have a limit to our field of vision. The beams would get too big...and the bases coming out of the characters would certainly look like totaly crap, on top of that. They'd be way wider then the chracters.

Maybe animating slightly stronger versions of the attacks would be fine for after transormations...for instance always having a kamehameha, but for SSJ, SSJ2, and SSJ3 transformations ...but do not even make a sprite scalable by way of PL. It's just a stupid idea.

And this GWR dude keeps making the same suggestions..."let's put in really pointless features similar to DMZ."

This isn't DMZ. If you want auras that get so big and bright you can't see, beams that get so wide they look like 20-foot-wide paper wafers being stretched across the map, and all those other DMZ "features" go play the other mod.

you can always set a limit how big the beam can be!!

and even this whas in ALL dbz series!! here are examples!


1. goku vs vegetta on earth in saiyan saga! goku did kamehameha and vegetta a pink attack, i forgot what!! they maked the beam bigger the more ki they put it in!!


2. gohan did this to in frieza saga! whit masenko!!
