The Budokai model is flawed then, you should've told me if you wanted refs;

Don't suppose you'll want to change it at this stage anyway, but if you do, it's there. It sort of sprouts from his back but doesn't protrude far. Congratulations on the model and looking forward to the skins.

well if you apeared sooner with that pic I could of make his tail go the way it is
but if I touch it now all the skinners need to skinmap it again and stuff

oh and about to skin map, there are quite some seams try to make every body part have 1 seam, its hard i know.. good skin map though, not allot of stretching

eyes look good, but the lips are a bit too defined imo .. I would have a bit more implied definition around the lips . so he doesnt look like hes got a beak.

=( i spent about 15 minutes skinning the arms then i noticed the seam on the arms was on the wrong side

thats what ive got so far, dunno if its even remotey possible for me to skin the arms with the seam where it is. (im bad enough at skinning on my OWN skinmaps as is)

ill fiddle with it some more though and see what i can come up with

it looks good but when I assign teh skinmap on skinmaped model in milkshape, its transparent like alpha mapped >_<

Finally got around to UV'n this ***** pm me for it or I'll just host it later i guess.

Did a quick skintest to see how the maps hold up.

I'll finish it later, it's on a 256x256 so I think i'm working at a way lower resolution than the majority of you. Anyways crit away, i dun care I may finish it when I get more time
