Is there a way of getting the esf models into halflife itself

I was wondering whether it is possible to have morgan freeman in half-life changed into vegeta or something like that

is it possible and if so how would i be able to that

1. the ESF models r 4 times smaler then thwe normal HL models
2. the ESF models got the wrong animation (this would look ugli ^_^ )
3. the ESF models got a different sekeleton and huge hitboxes.

so u would have to resize, reanimate and im not sure if the last option have to be changed
