installer freezes

when i am installing esf my installer will just freeze when installing gamestartup.mp3 i download esf from filefront can any1 help me?

I'm afraid your download is corrupt, you'll need to redownload it.
The ozforces and esf-world download locations have confirmed non-corrupt downloads
