Installation problem

now before i begin let me say, i'm running a windows 2k, 512 ram, geforce 4 vid card, amd althlon 900 mhz. played plenty of mods, including esf alpha, i've updated service packs/uninstalled service packs. updated/uninstalled installshield, while doing these i've been trying esf beta the everytime.

Now the problem i get is "1608: Unable to create InstallDriver Instance" I've read the forums, alot and haven't found a way to fix it. anyone know where i can get a zip or some idea on how to fix it....
