Idea for Cell

Hey guys I donno if anyone has thought of this idea yet but I believe that Cell should get a version of the Spirit Bomb. I know in the show he never uses it but when he first introduces himself he even says that he has the ability to use the Spirit Bomb. Maybe this isn't a good idea or maybe it is. It just came to mind and I decided to try it out. What do you all think?

Uh........evil has nothing to do with it. It's the fact that he HAS the ability to make one. I'm not sayin it's the greatest idea but he should be able to make at least one version of it since it is know that he has the ability in the show.

Evil has everything to do with a spirit bomb.

Evil:
Cannot deflect it. I.E. Vegeta.
Cannot form it. I.E. Cell
Can have it held

Good:
Form it.
Transfer it.
Use it.

This is why goku cant use the SB during SSJ, SSJ makes him go a little phyco, even Vegeta is suprised Goku can be so calm with Gohan when he gets out of the HBTC.
