i want to report a user to AOL

does anyone know how i can report some guy on a ****y modeom that tryed to see if i was runing a trojen on my comp to AOL? i did a trace on the guy and found his IP and comp name.. and im tired of geting virus and what not and i hate people that make and use them more so the little pricks on AOL that have nothing better to do..

if he uses aol thn that ip wont do any good because if he uses a dial up his ip changes everytime he connects

And if u have constant connections (dsl ect.) the ip changes around every month.

*EDIT* If u have dsl would ur internet ip change every time u boot up or only ur local ip?

well i know with cable everytime u replugin that little cable line your ip changes but im not sure on dsl considering i dontuse dsl
