When does it do it, and what is the exact error it gives?

Well, the name of the error is Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, thats what it says on the top of the error box.

It happens when im about 15-20 mins into the game and it varies as to whats happening, i could be just flying, or i could be shooting a beam, or i could be at the end of a melee combo, stuff like that. there isnt one specific thing I do to make that happen.

right - it could the the infamous random crash bug, and if it is - there's nothing you can do until the team release the fix - they have found it, they are just working to get it 100% working
