54 warnings, 5 temp bans, 2 permanent bans and an additional 5 warnings, 1 temp and a final indefinate permanent ban.

He made a deal that would reset him to the beginning and make him like everyone else. After that he quickly exausted his store of normal folk BS tolerance.

No, the Dev team kept reversing our decisions because he was here forever. IMO, people like that don't deserve slack. So I gave him all the rope he needed and he hung minself, an unsuprising end for your neighborhood spammer.
