Yeah his instructions didnt work, and i followed them step by step! DARN YOUUUU! I suggest you get someone who DOES have admin/meta/amxx mod to just send it to you and put it into your addons foler. its the easiest way to get this. plug ins are easy to get started. just ask someone they will help you with additonal plugins.
