How i can make avatar?

Im here again with question of cource. How i take picture from episode? I need photoshop 7 for that? i want to make 80x80 or 74x74 size. Have someone time to answer not just quickly?(not animated)

when playing the ep. pause it and push prind screen, then pase it in paint and make it little.
that's it.

What program i must use? windows media player? Divx? Real one? I mean that print screen(if it is prind, then i dont even know how to do it). In real one i pause it press file and print view but i cant use those 2 option. I am not a newb using computer, this is just a new thing to me.

I use Divx.. but sometimes the picture of the print screen is black when I paste it in paint..

i think that you can better use media player, i use jetaudio but never did it since i have jetaudio(no time for it after)
when you made a print screen open paint and pase it in there, if it's corect then it shut work.
