How do you make a video in esf again??

Sorry I forgot how to make a movie of esf while ingame. i want to do this so i can put it on a cd and show my friend about esf. so yeah think you can help me?

You could always just tell him to dl the trailer, but the esf team made a tutorial on how to do it a while back, i lost the URL but hopefully someone will post it for you. Really nice step by step one.
