How do you get music on ALL STEAM GAMES

when i play ts or esf i always here this guy putting on music i thought it was really neat i asked them they said F off so came over here

No i was refering to GFK. I didn't think it was that hard to comprehend.
I honestly dont know how to play music in esf since i dont play it that
much anymore, and when im playing games, music just destracts me. So
sorry i didnt have anything else to offer, i was just trying to explain to
GFK what you said, i think you said it plain as day. Hmm....the title says

Now was the dude playing the music so that you could hear it? If he was
playing music so you could hear it, he was mostlikly using a Microphone
of some kind. I dont think there could be any other way, unless he was the
servers admin, then he can play short sound clips and such. Hope that helps.

There's a program, that let you take small .wav files, and play them over the MIC in Half-Life at the push of a button. I used to play the Mario Song, and some of "Can't Touch This" by MC Hammer. Unfortunately I've forgotten what it's called, I'll try to look for it for you.

yes opti the proggy is called hlss

Just a note - it does not ban you from steam if you use it - some people thought it did and spread rumours around, but VAC (steams anti cheat thingy) does not ban for hlss.
