How do i resize models?

I found a brolly model i just need to know how to resize it because its way to big if you can give me quick instrunction that would be nice.

if your not educated on the subject, dont try to act like it, open it with hlmv and scale it from there its easy

im not trying to act like anything, and when u use the scale, the models come out looking like an elephant took a mondo crap, it gets scrunched together

heh it looks like taking a cardboard cut out, and crumpling it into a ball... would u really want that floating around on ure screen?

If thats my only options, Yeah. Now lets end this and get back on topic before a moderator ends it for us. Anb by the way, If hat doesn't work I could decompile it, open the SMD and scale it in MS3D, Then recompile it. I'm sure that works.
