How 2 make pictures!

I've noticed that alot have a cool looking picture of a Dragonball Z person or another Anime picture, with this beautiful looking colours (may sound geeky :S) And then there name name is standing in there as well... Are they using a program to do this or are they just using paint with some screenshots of episodes ?

ermm well most ppl make there own pictures with a program called photoshop, if that is what u mean, and they sometimes go search on google (or other sites) to search for pics to put in the sigs

They are called Signatures (Sigs for short), they go into your Signature section where you can put links, pics, info, and anything that dosnt go against our fourm AUP (here: http://forum.esforces.com/faq.php?faq=vb_board_usage ). You use a program called photoshop to create these small artworks that express your self, or you just happen to like. One you do have one or found one that you like, goto your user cp and goto your Sig section and copy the link to where the pic is and place a
