I know that the blip on the radar that indicates an enemy red
gets big/small depending on the power level. But there should
come a point where you are way too weak to the other opponent
and nothing shows up on their radar at all. (Remember gokou also
has trouble detecting faint power levels).

Also it might give those who just joined the server a small
advantage, I wouldn't recommend this but I beleive its the right
thing to do, I noticed it after I was playing a lan game with bots.
I was charging a Kamehameha, then I see 3 dots come toward
me, I toggle fly mode off, and while im going down I look up and
blow the crap out of all 3 of them.

Well prince, the "problem" with the radar is that it detects every single power within range, no matter how high or low it is. Just to refresh your memory, remember how bulma measured master roshi's turtle PL?It was something like 0,0000001 PL... ?
The difference between the series and the game is that you don't need to push the radar button while lookin' at the power source, you just get the total value instantly, and directions too. And the radar in game just don't bip when a greater power is aproaching like in the series. (So this must be the reason for the red blip.)

About those who just joined the server, they should do to the server average when first killed, if you have the correct option activated.
