HELP WITH INSTALLATION OF DEDICATED SERVER

I want to ask something about installing ESF ded . I already install esf which is located in my half life folder and i also install steam ded server then i try to install esf ded server but i can't it keep telling me that it can't find esf folder i also tried to install it in the esf folder but it also appear again so i can't install the dedicated server right now
pls help me

You've installed the ESF 1.2 dedicated server, then patched it with the 1.2.1 dedicated server, right?
Since it's saying it can't find the ESF folder, it's making me think that you're installing the patch first.
