why do you have 2 esf 1.2 and 2 open betas (open betas could be for openbeta and for the inteam but 2 esf for what ?)

Heh, different reasons honestly. Server reasons, Beta reasons, etc. I have to make multiple folders for that.

You can have multiple games with the same "game" name?
LOL! All this time I've been struggling to think up elaborate names for all the different versions I have...
I never once tested whether Steam would allow you to have two games with the same name.
I'm glad I read this pointless stupid thread to the end now!
