HELP - Program too big to fit in system memory!!!!

i have downloaded the esf installer and when i run it it says "Program too big to fit in system memory". How can i fix this????


Also when i try to delete the installer it says that it is being used by another person or program although no programs are using the installer!!!!! now i am stuck with a non deletable installer that deosnt work!!!! Please can u guys help me please??????????
