Help Beta 1.2 Crashes

Have you tried reinstalling?
Also, makre sure you have the latest version of halflife (1.1.1.0 I believe) and that esf is installed into sierra\half-life\esf, and not sierra\half-life\esf\esf

wHERE CAN I GET THE 1.1.1.0 VERSION I THINK I HAVE THE 1.1.0.8. aND WHEN I INSTALL IN SIERRA\HLAF-LIFE\ESF LIKE IT DOESNT EVEN EXIST. I LAUNCH HALF-LIFE I GO TO MODS AND I ONLY SEE 1.1 VERSION . WHEN I START 1.1 VERSION I GO TO MOD LISTING SAYS THAT THERE IS 1.1 VERSION. WHEN I INSTALL TO SIERRA\HALF-LIFE,THEN IT CRASHE WHEN I LOAD THE MAP. AND IT SAYS LIKE : "MISSIN SOME BITMAP FILE MELLE TXT.CFG" AND "MISSING BITMAP FILE SCOUTTER TXT.CFG"

look down their list for halflife full 1.1.1.0 and you shall find it - a simple google search would have found that out though.

I would reccommend you reinstall halflife as well, just to make sure everything is there and all dandy.

So to sum up:

1. uninstall Halflife
2. Reinstall halflife
3. patch it with the patch mentioned above
4. install esf, making sure it is in your halflife dir\esf and not esf\esf
5. try running it.

okey,NOW IT WORKS YEEEEEY,but now i dont have a console when i use it from half life and i cant add bots. :cry:

if you're using a shortcut add -console to the end of the path in the target box. then you'll be able to use the console

Okey that worked,but now iwhen i go to customize i get to choose the models from half life and maps are from Half-Life

Right click on the ESF shortcut and then click on properties. In the Start In box, write C:\sierra\half-life (Your hl directory)

In the target box write C:\sierra\half-life\hl.exe

Then it'll work.

that worked but now my MP# player doesnt work,I turned it on in customize -advanced-mp3 but it doesnt work

Did you choose to install the mp3's during the setup? Is your playlist blank?

try typing cl_mp3player 1 in the console, then pressing f8
