Having trouble installing esf 1.22

I downloaded esf 1.22 full install and the install button is faded out, after i choose what I want to install. I got enough disk space and all so thats not the problem...

u need half-life if u are using steam just start half-life one time

just curious if the same thing will werk for cs1.6? as my install of esf is setup oncs 1.6
