half-life server commands

hi, i was wanting to make a temporary(only when im playing) DOD sniper only server but i dont know the console command to set each class limit except snipers to 0. or if theres a plugin that will make it EZer plz tell me. thx for any help.

Uhh, there are .cfg files for each map, set class limits there I believe, it's been a while since I played DOD, just tryin to get ya an answer before this is possibly closed.
