Half-Life Launcher Error

Ok...i can join a game fine now...but about 15 seconds into it...Half-Life launcher error comes up and closes esf...

I can play all other mods BUT esf because of this...I have reinstalled both esf and steam and nothing has worked...I can play in non-dedicated servers...which all lag

If anyone has any information please help me...I really anticipated this game and I am bummed because it doesnt work...thanks
