Whenever I try to join a server, right as the loading is finished, I get a Half-Life Launcher error, telling me I can send the error to Microsoft blah blah blah. What do I do? Any help is appreciated!

A lot of times when I play esf (with steam) the game will just crash and it will say half-life launcher error? This also happens to my friend? What In hell do I do? Do not tell me to change the video resolution because i already did! WTF do i do? Please Someone Help me :warning:
