Eh, different attack charges have different animations. Vegeta extends his arm for the big bang attack, for example. I think the animations are brilliant as they are.

that seems a good idea,
like on the power bar (while charging an attack) depending how weak or strong you decide to fire at depends on a different animations
I.G

a weak charge like that could be like the normal animation and...

a full attack like this would be a more powerful looking attack

this could be done with big projectiles like spirit bomb or deathball but the beamheads are kinda small to make em spread out their arms
vegeta blocks kamehameha and spreads his arms, he would be blocking the beam with his chest lol
