This attack shouldn't be in there its a waste of the move rotation iv never actually ever seened anyone use it why is it there? The move should be replaced with Kaioken.

When I see a beam spammer at work, I always use it. Eventually he will fire at you as you are placing the torps, then you let them all fly. Most will start a ps, some will hit him, and you can throw a regular kame in there to finish the PS. It's not a TERRIBLY useful move, but it has it's moments.

I think I am going to start an Anti-Kaioken movement.
